Came to Jackson in 1838 as a mason for the Capitol. Later advertised as an architect (see Story of Jackson, p. 82). Listed as architect in Jackson, native of Mississippi, 30 years old, in 1850 Hinds Co. census (#26). His whereabouts after the early 1850s is currently unknown.
