Architect, Jackson/Gulfport, MS
Born Muskogee, Oklahoma, received education at University of Illinois, 1929-31, and Carnegie Institute of Technology, 1931-34, graduating with a B.A. Began private practice in 1937, with his own firm. Served in the Army Air Force in WWII, 1942-1944. Harvard Graduate School of Design, M.A., 1946-1947. Served as assistant professor at Texas A&M 1947-48, and at Tulane University, 1948-1950. He was registered to practice in both Mississippi and Texas. In 1956, office listed at 2606 13th Street, Gulfport, MS, with home in Ocean Springs. In 1962, office listed at Magnolia Towers, Jackson. Married in 1943, with three children by 1956. He died in Apr 1985 in Ocean Springs. See 1956 American Architects Directory.
