Brief Description
109 B Ulman Avenue is a one-story, frame, Colonial Revival gas station with a flat roof surrounded by a small parapet, projecting cornice, and pilasters accenting the entrance and two picture windows capped with fan lights. It has a concrete slab foundation, stucco cladding, and 2/2 wooden double-hung windows. To the left of this structure is a large one-story, gable roof, vernacular garage building with three garage bays and a stepped parapet. It has a concrete slab foundation, stucco cladding, and 9/6 aluminum double-hung windows.
Historic Information
This former Colonial Revival gas station and vernacular garage stand as a testament to Ulman Avenue�s use as the former route of Highway 90.
