| Two-story brick Neoclassical style courthouse building with a hipped raised seam metal roof with molded cornices with modillions; an cupola is centered at the front of the roof; faces east, 3x7 bay core with slightly projecting pedimented gable wings at the front and rear bays of each side elevation; monumental pedimented entrance bay with paired full-height Ionic columns centered at the facade frames an entrance with a molded surround with replacement aluminum double leaf doors and a transom with decorative grillework with a tripartite arched window at the second floor level above; modern replacement windows are located at each level of the outer bays, central entrances with decorative surrounds and similar windows at the side and rear elevations; exposed brick veneer exterior walls above a banded foundation level. |
