Brief Description
One-story, wood frame Tudor Revival style residence with a side facing clipped gable roof of flat clay tiles with a ridge cap on a brick foundation. There is no entry porch, just a concrete stoop and steps with metal railings. The entry is defined by a front facing gable roof projection. The facade is six-bay (W-Tripled, W, W, D, W, W). The windows are 9/9 wood double hung sash, except for the one to the left of the entry door and the one on the far right. The one to the left of the entry door is a wood window with diamond lights. The one on the far right is a two-part metal sliding unit in a side facing gable roof wing with half-timbering and stucco siding. The entry door is a pointed arch wood door with an upper light with fifteen divisions and it has an outer wood screen door. The door surround is cast stone quoins. The door and window to the left are in a front facing gable roof projection with half-timbering and stucco in the gable and a coat of arms panel above the door. Eaves are boxed. Garage (c. 1930) - One-story, brick veneer garage with a front facing gable roof of asphalt shingles facing Arlington Street. Attached to the front of the garage is a front facing gable roof carport with half-timbering and stucco in the gable supported by wood posts. There are three sets of double-leaf barn doors with six lights over a recessed panel for each leaf.
