Context/Comments
The City Hall of Yazoo City was built in 1906. Its architect was R.H. Hunt, who designed numerous public buildings, schools, college buildings, and churches throughout Mississippi. He was also the architect for the former Yazoo City Public School (now the Triangle Cultural Center), which was built in 1904-05.

This building is included in "Buildings of Mississippi" (2020) (p.85, in the listing for Downtown Buildings in Yazoo City, YB28).
