Two-story brick commercial building with a mono pitched roof concealed at its facade by a flat parapet and its sides by stepped parapets, all with clay tile caps; faces west, abuts adjacent one-story buildings on either side; single storefront with modern aluminum frame system, central entrance with paired doors, continuous flat suspended aluminum canopy; blank stuccoed upper facade with single rectangular attic vent; exposed brick sidewalls set in common bond.

Historic Information

Construction and design details suggest that this building was built circa 1935 and that it was remodeled circa 1960. This building is not shown on the 1925 Sanborn map, but is shown on the 1945 Sanborn map.
