Brief Description
Two-story, east facing stucco and brick commercial structure with a flat roof and a parapet wall with 3 pediments (triangle, raised segmental arch w/brackets, triangle) that are ornamented with spires. A molded cornice runs the entire façade. The first-story consists of 3 large storefronts covered by a flat canopy carried on round metal posts with Corinthian inspired capitals. The middle storefront has 5-bays (w-d-w-dd-w-w) that all have 2-light square transoms overhead. The first window is a smaller, vertically oriented, rectangular display window, while the remaining three windows are large square display windows. All windows are set atop a tile bulkhead with white crosses. All doors are wooden, full-light, double-leaf doors. The second-story of the middle storefront consists of a covered balcony with wooden turned posts with balustrade and a flat roof. Three wooden, double hung, 4/4 windows with a segmental arch flank each side of a 10-light, wooden, French doors with a 4-light segmental arch transom. The outer two first-story storefronts are identical 3-part storefronts (w-dd-w) with a 6-light transom, and have the same materials and arrangement of display windows and doors found on the middle storefront. The second-story of these outer storefronts are identical and consist of 3 wooden, double-hung, 2/2 windows with bracketed and pedimented hoods. Original third story burned. First story altered.
