A two-story wood-frame building with Classical detailing, built for the use of African-American Masonic organizations {including St. Luke’s Lodge No. 18, T.J. Wilson Lodge No. 113, Meridian Sun Lodge No. 126, and affiliated groups}. It was listed on the National Register on 18 December 1979 as one of several historic properties comprising the "Historic Resources of Meridian." It was later included as element #135 in the Merrehope Historic District, which was placed on the National Register on 19 September 1988. |
