| In 1999 it was being operated as a bed-and-breakfast called “Shadowlawn.” Documentation about the architects in the Southeastern Architectural Archives at Tulane University (http://seaa.tulane.edu/sites/all/themes/Howard_Tilton/docs/finding_aids/Weiss,%20Dreyfous,%20and%20Seiferth%20Office%20Records.pdf ) says of this house "Their Ocean Springs, Mississippi residence called “Bay View” was especially noteworthy, a Craftsman structure with a dramatic curved entrance stair (1905)....Called the Hansen-Dickey House (108 Shearwater Drive), listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987." |
