A two-story brick commercial building. The upper facade has four sets of triple-unit one-over-one windows. Several Masonic organizations met in the upper story of this building circa 1943-1956. In 2001 this building was substantially rehabilitated to become the offices of Canizaro Cawthon Davis Architects. This rehabilitation received an Award of Merit from the Mississippi Heritage Trust in 2002. The Spengler-Thomas Building was listed on the National Register on 9 May 2003.
