| One-story, u-plan school building with flat-roof and three flat-roof wings on the right (west) side. Bays on the main facade have been altered to their current configuration. Doors are single and paired 1-light aluminum frame. Windows are replacement 4 and 6 light aluminum frame with Kalwall panel transoms, and 16-light Kalwall with faux muntins in ribbons. Features include exposed beams and parapets at main entrances with terracotta shields. The school has a concrete slab foundation, brick cladding, and a tar and gravel roof. |

| The school originally consisted of 22 classrooms, a multi-purpose room with seating for 400 with a stage, a cafeteria seating 162, storage rooms, restrooms, and an office section. Nine of the classrooms had individual restrooms intended for first and second graders. |
