Garber (Sr.) is listed as the foreman of the Gulf Concrete Company; I.C. Garber Jr. is listed as the president of the Gulf Concrete Company and his wife Rebecca is listed as the secretary of that company. The Gulf Concrete Company is listed in the 1945 directory with I.C. Garber Jr. as president and D.S. Brooks as treasurer. |
