The administration building (classroom building) of the former Walthall County Training School (Ginntown School) is one of fewer than twenty surviving Rosenwald school buildings in Mississippi, and it is the most intact example of Rosenwald Plan No. 400. This building was listed on the National Register on 5 June 2017. It was designated a Mississippi Landmark on 13 August 2009. It is included in "Buildings of Mississippi" (2020) (p. 302, PW2). |
