The Hillsboro Methodist Church, erected circa 1928, is well-preserved rural vernacular church building from the early 20th century. The church building and cemetery were listed on the National Register on 18 July 1979, with 9 acres of land. In its vernacular Craftsman Style architectural character, the church building is similar to the Georgetown Methodist Church (029-GEO-0003-NR) in Georgetown, Copiah County, which was built in 1934. |
