Built about 1870, the Brewer House is a wood-frame vernacular Greek Revival galleried planter's cottage with accompanying outbuildings. It was owned by Francis Marion "F.M.'' At one time, Mr. Brewer owned hundreds of acres, but now the property associated with the house consist of 9.8 acres. This house was listed on the National Register on 19 January 2016, from a nomination prepared by Tricia Nelson. |
