Context/Comments
Founded in 1893, the library moved to this building, a former residence (built in 1853), in 1908. The library closed in 1996. The building and its contents were conveyed to the Pass Christian Historical Society in 2003. The building was dstroyed by Hurricane Katrina on 29 August 2005.
